  • Pastor Leslie Swihart

    Pastor Leslie Swihart is a gifted teacher of the Word of God and serves as the Senior Pastor of Real Church of Elkhart. 

    Pastor Leslie is a living epistle that believes in applying the Word of God to your daily life can bring you to success from any circumstance. She is proof that you can overcome a traumatic childhood of loss and abandonment by applying God’s Word and His principles to your life to be an overcomer in every area. She considers herself a lifelong student of the Word and holds a degree from Liberty University of Lynchburg, Virginia. And she has continued her biblical studies through Jerry Savelle Ministries and Life Christian University. 

    Pastor Leslie recently married her husband, Dean Swihart, and they provide a beautiful example of a God-centered life and marriage. She also has one son, Joshua, who is married to his wife Megan. 

  • Michael  Johnson

    Worship & Arts Pastor


    Michael Johnson is the Worship and Arts Pastor for Real Church of Elkhart. Michael has been in ministry for 15 years and loves leading people into the presence of God by using his voice and skills with a wide range of instruments & music styles. Michael has it on his heart to raise up more musicians & singers, helping them recognize their gift and walk into their God-given calling to bring glory to Him.

    Michael has also been married to his wife, Monica, for 22 years and during that time they have had six children and now have eight grandchildren!
